01 Introduction

Welcome to l3444. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between each member ("you" or "user") who uses the l3444 platform and the entity operating l3444 ("we" or "us").

By creating an account or using any service at l3444, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using l3444's services.

02 Account Register

To register at l3444, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or misleading details is a clear violation of these terms.

Registration Terms

• Each individual may open only one account.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
• If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts may be closed.
• You may be required to submit documents for KYC verification.

Account security

If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately. l3444 will not be held responsible for unauthorized use of your account.

03 Age & Eligibility

L3444's services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Access to the gaming platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Other Eligibility Requirements

• You must be in a sound mental and physical state when participating in any gaming activity.
• Anyone whose account was previously banned by l3444 is not permitted to register again.

New members can receive a Welcome Bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit. This bonus comes with a 30x wagering requirement and is valid for 30 days.

• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members.

• Operating an account using a third party's identity.

09 Privacy and data protection

• Any information collected is used solely for service improvement and security purposes.
• Information may need to be disclosed to authorities under legal obligations.
• You may request to update or delete your information at any time.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern, please contact our Customer Support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

How to submit a complaint

1. Submit a detailed complaint via support chat or email.
2. Attach any relevant screenshots or supporting evidence.
3. Our team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
4. Escalation to a higher level of review is available if needed.

11 Account closure and suspension

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

L3444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Serious violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or cheating.
• KYC verification failed.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
